We allow you to personalize your home by meeting directly with our vendors—opening up endless options for customization.

Meet with our cabinet vendor to select cabinetry, choose countertops, and add unique features like wine racks, larger islands, trash can pull outs, and fully custom layouts. To put this in perspective, most "custom" home builders allow a choice of four stains, or three countertops. With Horst & Son Home Builders, your options are limitless.

Fussy about quality? So are we.

Each of our homes is rated by a third party for the energy efficiency of the home (HERS Index). Our homes typically receive a rating that is 30–40% better than the standard home built to current building code.

We also employ our own trim carpenters, which contributes to the quality of the finish work at the home. And we still install window trim and sills in all of our homes, which a growing number of builders no longer do.
